Q. Why can`t I search?
A: In order to search the Connect artists you need to sign up as a member. This can be done via the Register page. Please see more information below. If you have already registered please make sure you are logged in before trying to search.
Q: How do I register?
A: To register to view the artists on Connect just head to the Register page, choose which one of the three different types of membership is best for you and fill out the details, including all your personal details and your payment details. You`ll then receive an email confirming your registration and you can log straight in.
Q: How many users per registration?
A: This depends on what level of membership you choose. the first two options allow only one user per membership. The third `Premium` registration allows three different users for the full year of membership.
Q: How many artists are on the site?
A: You can see the total of artists on the site on the top right-hand part of the site. This is updated whenever we add or take off artists.
Q: How often do you update the artists?
A: We are constantly viewing and looking for new artists for Connect. Although we do not have a set timeframe for updates we will be adding artists frequently. We will also be keeping an eye on our database of artists to highlight the more popular talent and will strive to add more artists in more popular categories.
Q: How do I contact an artist?
A: Once registered and logged in, you simply need to search the database, find the artist that your interested in contacting and then click the `Contact Artist` button. You can then fill out the form and your details and comments will be sent directly to the artist.
Q: I`m having trouble logging in, how do I contact Connect?
A: Please fill out the form on our Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Most enquiries are answered within 24hrs.
Q: Can I upgrade my membership to Connect?
A: Once you have logged in you will see an upgrade membership option in the user panel on the right side of the page - to upgrade your account you simply pay the difference of the membership time - taking into account how many days you have left of the membership.
Artist FAQs
Q: How do I get my work on Connect?
A: We need 7 images of your artwork.These images must be 574 pixels wide by 380 pixels high at 72dpi, as .jpeg, .gif or .png format. The file size for each image must be less than 300k.
Important - If you provide your images in the wrong ratio, they will look warped so please make sure to crop your images to the above image size.
Q: Do all submissions get listed?
A: No, not all artists who submit will be added to the site. Connect is all about quality control and therefore we will only be including the artists that we feel are appropriate to the level that we want to provide on the site. Feel free to email us if you have any questions about this.
Q: How do I know if my submission has been accepted?
A: You will receive an email confirmation if and when you are added to the site by one of the Connect team.
Q: Can I update my information or change my images?
A: Yes you can. You simply need to contact us through the Contact page and we will organise this with you.
